Sets spacing before the specified paragraphs to 12 points.

You can also use the SpaceBefore property to set the spacing before paragraphs. The following two statements are equivalent:

ActiveDocument.Paragraphs.OpenUp 
ActiveDocument.Paragraphs.SpaceBefore = 12
