Class AxisTitle (PowerPoint VBA)
The class AxisTitle represents a chart axis title.
Class Axis gives access to class AxisTitle.
To use a AxisTitle class variable it first needs to be instantiated, for example
Dim ate as AxisTitle Set ate = ActiveWindow.RangeFromPoint.Chart.Axes(1).AxisTitle
AxisTitle class variables can be set using the Axis.AxisTitle procedure.
Delete - Deletes the object.
Select - Selects the object.
Caption returns or sets a String value that represents the axis title text.
Format returns the line, fill, and effect formatting for the object.
Formula returns or sets the object's formula in A1-style notation.
FormulaLocal returns or sets the formula for the object, using A1-style references in the language of the user.
FormulaR1C1 returns or sets the formula for the object by using R1C1-style notation.
FormulaR1C1Local returns or sets the formula for the object, using R1C1-style notation in the language of the user.
Height returns the height, in points, of the object. Read-only
HorizontalAlignment returns or sets the horizontal alignment for the specified object.
IncludeInLayout true if an axis title will occupy the chart layout space when a chart layout is being determined. The default is True.
Left returns or sets the distance, in points, from the left edge of the object to the left edge of the chart area.
Name returns a String value that represents the name of the object.
Orientation returns or sets the text orientation. Read/write Long.
Position returns or sets the position of the axis title on the chart.
ReadingOrder returns or sets an XlReadingOrder constant that represents the reading order for the specified object.
Shadow returns or sets a value that determines whether the object has a shadow.
Text returns or sets the text for the specified object.
Top returns or sets the distance, in points, from the top edge of the object to the top of row 1 (on a worksheet) or the top of the chart area (on a chart).
VerticalAlignment returns or sets the vertical alignment of the specified object.
Width returns a Double value that represents the width, in points, of the object.
ChartCharacters - Represents characters in an object that contains text.
ChartFormat - Provides access to the OfficeArt formatting for chart elements.
